Merchandise may be refunded or exchanged under the following conditions:

- Item was purchased direct from Prospect Pools LLC
- Item was purchased within the last 10 days
- Item is in original packaging (with all contents that were included)
- Must have original receipt
- Returns with no receipt will be for store credit only within 10 days and at mgmt discretion
- All refunds are credited against the original payment method
- All sale items are non-refundable and final
- Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable
- You must use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns
- Chemical Purchases are not returnable
Special orders that are custom are non returnable
Damaged products are up to management and with receipt only
20% Restocking charge for special orders
